GD25QXX is manufactured by Gigadevice Semiconductor Inc, the serial flash memory supports standard serial peripheral interface (SPI), and supports dual/quad SPI: serial clock, chip select, serial data I/O0 (SI), I/O1 (SO ), I/O2 (WP), and I/O3 (hold). Dual input and output, data transmission.

The GD25QXX has serial peripheral interfaces on 4 signal buses: Serial Clock (SCLK), Chip Select (CS), Serial Data Input (SI), and Serial Data Output (SO). SPI bus modes 0 and 3 are supported. Input data is latched on the rising edge of SCLK and data is skewed on the falling edge of SCLK.
